Clicking on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item invokes the Tools Manager dialog box. The Tools Manager dialog box provides the means to permanently attach a script to the Tools menu so that it can be used at any time as a standard Editor feature. The Tools Manager allows for searching scripts by folder or category. It is also possible to find a script that contains the specified word in the description or name. The attached scripts appear in the Tools menu beneath the Tools Manager menu item (there are some preinstalled Plugins) . The Tools Manager dialog box allows also to detach previously attached script, reorder attached scripts and change their menu item names. The Tools Manager dialog box provides the means to execute the currently selected script or open it in the Scripter Studio. To change the script folder used by the Tools Manager

1. Click on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item - this invokes the Tools Manager dialog box.
2. Within the Tools Manager dialog box choose the Folders tab.
3. Click on the […] button - this invokes the Browse For Folder dialog box.
4. Within the Browse For Folder dialog box locate and select a folder which contains scripts.
5. Click on the Ok button.
6. The Tools library list will be automatically updated with the list of scripts found in the new location.

To attach a script to the Editor Tools menu

1. Click on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item - this invokes the Tools Manager dialog box.
2. Within the Tools Manager dialog box select the Folders or Categories tab.
3. Select the desired script in the Tools library list.
4. Click on the button.
5. Click on the Ok button.

To detach a script from the Editor Tools menu

1. Click on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item - this invokes the Tools Manager dialog box.
2. Within the Tools Manager dialog box select the Menu tab.
3. Within the Menu tab select the desired script on the list.
4. Click on the button.
5. Click on the Ok button.

To change position of a script in the Editor Tools menu

1. Click on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item - this invokes the Tools Manager dialog box.
2. Within the Tools Manager dialog box select the Menu tab.
3. Within the Menu tab select the desired script on the list.
4. To move the script use the and buttons.
5. Click on the Ok button.

To rename the menu item of an attached script

1. Click on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item - this invokes the Tools Manager dialog box.
2. Within the Tools Manager dialog box select the Menu tab.
3. Within the Menu tab select the desired script on the list.
4. Enter a new name in the text box below the Added to Tools menu list.
5. Click on the button.
6. Click on the Ok button.

To run a selected script

1. Click on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item - this invokes the Tools Manager dialog box.
2. Within the Tools Manager dialog box select the Folders or Categories tab.
3. Select the desired script on the list.
4. Click on the button.
5. Click on the Ok button.

To open a selected script in the Scripter Studio

1. Click on the Tools/Tools Manager menu item - this invokes the Tools Manager dialog box.
2. Within the Tools Manager dialog box select the Folders or Categories tab.
3. Select the desired script on the list.
4. Click on the button.
5. Click on the Ok button.
