FMX visual control for displaying a map north arrow linked to a TGIS_ViewerWnd.

Remarks
PURPOSE: Displays a north arrow on a form or other FMX container so users can see map orientation in relation to the attached viewer.
BEHAVIOR: The control subscribes to viewer notifications and repaints when the attached TGIS_ViewerWnd updates. Rendering can use a predefined symbol style or a custom symbol path, with Path taking precedence when it is not empty.
USAGE: Place the control on a form and connect GIS_Viewer to the target TGIS_ViewerWnd instance.
CONSTRAINTS: The control is intended for FMX applications and requires an attached viewer for synchronized map-orientation updates.
