Unlock the viewer and redraw it.

Refreshes the screen by calling Reposition. Use this method similarly to shape unlocking. See TGIS_Shape.Lock for a related example.

USAGE: Complete locked operation and redraw map. Triggers extent recalculation and screen update. All changes from Lock block are now rendered.
