Internal method for generating a print preview of the selected page.

Parameters

| _scale | Double | Scale factor used during printing and preview generation. If _scale = 0, the scale is calculated automatically to fit the printed extent. |

Remarks
PURPOSE: Generates the preview image and title for a specific page using the supplied print manager and virtual printer.
BEHAVIOR: Uses 1-based page numbering, where page 1 is the first page. When _scale = 0, the method calculates a scale factor automatically to fit the page extent.
CONSTRAINTS: Printing fails when GIS_Viewer.InPaint is set to True.
