Prints the current document using the attached print preview settings.

PURPOSE: Sends the current print job to the active printer using the preview control state.

BEHAVIOR: Prints the document based on the current viewer and print manager configuration.

CONSTRAINTS: Printing fails when GIS_Viewer.InPaint is set to True.
