Generates a print preview of the selected page.

Parameters

| _pagenumber | Integer | Page number to preview, where 1 is the first page. |
| _printManager | TGIS_PrintManagerAbstract | Print manager providing page layout and rendering settings. |
| _scale | Double | Scale factor used during printing and preview generation. If _scale = 0, the scale is calculated automatically to fit the printed extent. |

Remarks
PURPOSE: Generates a print preview for the requested page and returns the page title.
BEHAVIOR: Uses 1-based page numbering, where page 1 is the first page. When _scale = 0, the scale factor is calculated automatically to fit the page extent.
CONSTRAINTS: Printing fails when GIS_Viewer.InPaint is set to True.
