This version brings:

Done:

• Editor is now signed with a new New Code Signing certificate (after a few days of crying and cursing, we finally applied new hardware-protected certificates: misleading and incomplete documentation made it a mission-impossible task to implement in our continuous integration / build system).
  Upon downloading/running setup apps, you may be surprised by a message like “….exe isn't commonly downloaded. Make sure you trust…” from the Windows SmartScreen. Everything is OK. The certificate does not have enough time to propagate. Just select “keep” and run the setup program as usual. This message should disappear soon.
• SKIA and TiledPaint support EDT-3477
  • SKIA renderer is now the default one. It offers better-quality rendering and is also very fast.
  • Tiled Paint can be enabled via the Tools/Options/Map window. This option provides smooth dragging and multithreaded incremental updates. It is purely experimental at this movement. Still, some work must be done to make it fully reliable, but we decided to make it default. It can be marked off via menu Tools/Options/Map:Tiled Paint EDT-3478
• Map panning is much smoother (and generally, the redraw rate is higher). EDT-3479

Known issues:

• Aggregation does not work appropriately for Tile Paint. A workaround is to make such layer topmost.
