Clicking on the View/Full Extent menu item sets the extent visible within the Map area to contain the entirety of all open layers.

To make the Map area display the entirety of all open layers, click on the View/Full Extent menu item.

• The icon on the Standard toolbar.

• To set the extent visible within the Map area to contain the entirety of the active layer, use the Layer Extent feature.
• To set the extent visible within the Map area to contain all the selected shapes, use the Selected Extent feature.
• To set the extent visible within the Map area to as it was prior to the last zooming or dragging event, use the Previous Extent feature.
