Rotate Scene mode

Clicking on the View/Rotate Scene mode menu item activates the Rotate scene mode for the click-and-drag action within the Map area in the 3D Mode. The Rotate scene mode allows to use a computer mouse to rotate the map around the Origin Pointer.
To activate the Rotate scene mode for the Map area 3D Mode, click on the View/Rotate Scene mode menu item.

- To toggle on/off the possibility to move the camera below the virtual horizon, use the
Allow bottom viewfeature. - To activate the zoom mode, use the Zoom mode feature.

- To activate the sun position mode, use the Sun Position mode feature.
