This version is a hotfix and is important for Delphi, ActiveX, and Python platforms:

• Layer Properties has no icons on VCL (and ActiveX). DK-15023 DK-15026
• Fast clicking between nodes can cause AV upon filling palette combo boxes (VCL, FMX, ActiveX, and Python). DK-15030
• Source Code Manager can not compile Skia for 10.4 (if enabled) due to unresolved Environment Variable (Delphi). DK-15021
• Source Code Manager got a new button to “Show Version Folder” (Delphi). DK-15025
