This version brings:

• SCM (Source Code Manager) improvements. Server side is now fully functional and provides STABLE, UNSTABLE (Daily coming) versions starting from v100. DK-14649
• Ellipse drawing tool in TGIS_EditorHelper added. DK-14637
• Support for DXF procedural hatch definitions. Important to properly interpret some DXF files, but hatches can be used on any vector layers. DK-14165
• Some PVL forms (which are already a part of the Legend Properties form) can cause instability on non-Windows. DK-14674
• Calling SaveConfig can accidentally save the ReadOnly flag. ''DK-14667'
• Number of minor fixes and improvements.
