3D point type with X, Y, Z, and M coordinates for vector geometry and Shapefile compatibility.

PURPOSE: Represents a point in three-dimensional space with an additional M value used as a measure coordinate in GIS (Geographic Information System) data.

BEHAVIOR: Stores X and Y horizontal coordinates, Z elevation, and M measure. The M coordinate is included for Shapefile (Esri Vector Format) compatibility and supports linear referencing or other per-vertex measure values.
