Add new item into the list.
Syntax
# Python def Add( self _epsg: int _wkt: str _semi_major: float _inv_flattering: float ) -> tatukgis.pdk.TGIS_CSEllipsoid:
Parameters

| _epsg | int | EPSG code for the ellipsoid; if 0 then EPSG will be assigned from user defined, temporary pool |
| _wkt | str | WKT name for the ellipsoid |
| _semi_major | float | semi major axis |
| _inv_flattering | float | inverse flattering; 0 for spheroid |

Remarks
function will not check _epsg and _wkt for being unique
