Save current project.
Syntax

Remarks
Layer configuration will be saved to project or configuration files if such configuration file exits.
Save only project file. Data will not be saved.
- Upon saving / reading project a custom, user defined data can be write/read. See IGIS_Viewer.CustomData.
- An XML project file format is read/saved by TGIS_ConfigXml.
- An INI project file format is read/saved by TGIS_ConfigIni.
