Reverses the order of parts and points in the shape and returns the resulting shape.

PURPOSE: Reorders geometry for editing, normalization, and geometry transformation workflows.

BEHAVIOR: Calls Reverse(True), creating a new shape whose parts are processed in reverse order and whose points within each part are also reversed.

USAGE: Create a reversed copy of a line or polygon.

reversed_shape = shape.Reverse()
if reversed_shape then
  process_geometry(reversed_shape)

CONSTRAINTS: Returns nil for TGIS_ShapePoint.
