TGIS_Shape.GetSnapPoint3D method

Retrieving a snap point in 3D.

Name	Type	Description
_ptg	TGIS_Point3D	point for which we are seeking a snap point ;
_prec	double Double	snapping precision; only points closer to _ptg then _prec can be found ;
_dist	double Double	achieved precision

Type	Description
TGIS_Point3D	Found snap point. If such point cannot be localized then same as _ptg.

Snap point is the best point in the shape for which we can perform snapping.
