Copies the shared definition fields from another object.

PURPOSE: Supports copying coordinate system definition metadata between compatible objects.

BEHAVIOR: Copies the EPSG identifier and WKT (Well-Known Text) value from the source object. Descendants can override this method to copy additional subclass-specific values.

USAGE: Copy shared definition identity from another compatible object.

source = GetDefinition()
target.Assign(source)

CONSTRAINTS: The source object must be a TGIS_CSAbstract instance or an assertion fails.
