TGIS_Color.FromString method

Creates a color using the hex string.

hex color without hash symbol	090, 009900, 090a, 009900aa,
rgb color	rgb(34, 12, 64, 0.6), rgba(34, 12, 64, 0.6), rgb(34 12 64 / 0.6), rgba(34 12 64 / 0.3) rgb(34.0 12 64 / 60%), rgba(34.6 12 64 / 30%)
