Name Type Description
_shp TObject shape for which shield must be rendered
_force_pow2 Boolean If true size of resulting bitmaps is always power of 2 because some 3D engine requires it
_size TPoint actual active size of shield within bitmap which can be power 2 sized
_layout TObject label layout allocated by MeasureShieldTexture; this method will release this object

TGIS_Bitmap Newly created bitmap or nil.
