PURPOSE: Store and change the datum used for coordinate system transformations.

BEHAVIOR: Setting this property updates both Datum and Ellipsoid state and calls datumChanged to let subclasses recalculate dependent values.

CONSTRAINTS: The datum must be valid. Changing it may invalidate cached projection math.
